I want to customize my ukulele, how do I do it?

In the purchase process put Yes in the customization section. If you want a Text, choose the Text option. If you prefer a Text + drawing, choose the corresponding option.

Once you have made the purchase, we will contact you via email or Whatsapp to specify the customization.


What form of payment do you have?

The accepted payment method is by credit/debit card and PayPal.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is FREE in Europe on all orders above 100€. To the rest of the world, rates depend on the country. Check shipping cost at the time before payment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but only by email to info@kundebrand.com to correctly process the shipping costs.

What are the delivery times? How long does my order take?

International orders: between 7 and 21 days, depending on the country of destination and the customs process.

Which company will deliver my order?

In Spain it will be delivered with Correos Express.

Rest of the world depending on the geographical area.

How can I track my order?

After placing the order we will send you an email (check your spam folder) with the confirmation of the order and once we take it out of the warehouse (it is not automatic, it may take 1 day taking into account the time difference and weekends), we will send you an email with the completed order and with the tracking link of the transport agency.

How can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel your order if it has not left our warehouse. To do this you must write to info@kundebrand.com with the information of your order and the reason.

How can I find my order number?

When you placed your order we sent you a confirmation email with your order number. (please check your spam folder if you haven't received it).

Are taxes included in the price?

Yes, the price always includes the corresponding VAT or tax.

Can I return my order, what is the return policy?

Of course, you can return your order if you don't like it. No problem! We don't charge anything to do so. We can make an exchange or make a refund.

Steps to follow if you want to return your order:

1- Write us an email with a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment it arrives at your home at info@kundebrand.com Explain the reason and indicate the order number. Do not forget to put in the subject DEVOLUTION.

2- We will send you a code through the email you have provided us with which we will process your incident. This will be the same number that you must indicate in the shipment you make to our offices, the cost is borne by the customer, for us to review it.

3- If the product is in correct conditions we will proceed to refund the money or change to another product depending on the type of return.

4- Personalized products can not be returned.

Do you have stores where I can see your products?

You can try and buy our ukuleles at the same price in the physical stores of our dealers, distributed throughout Spain. The best experts in the industry already have our Kunde ukuleles!

I need an invoice for my order:

Write to us at info@kundebrand.com with your order number and your billing information. y we will send it to you within 1-2 days.

I have made a return, how long will it take to get my money back?

Once we confirm via email the refund of your order you will receive the money in a maximum of 10 days in a maximum of 10 days, depending on the receiving bank.
